Uwe Weimer

Uwe is a dynamic individual with the ability to inspire and motivate other members of the company, capable of building a first class business development function from scratch with considerable experience in building excellent client relationships at the highest levels. His previous positions include companies like Dell, Sun, Hewlett Packard, Hummingbird and Informatica.
 

 

Ulrich Dürr

Ulrich Dürr has a strong background in project management for engineering and manufacturing as well as long time experience in the IT world as consultant and key account manager for data warehousing and business applications in large, international environments. Certified as Project Management Professional and with an EMBA in strategic management, he is specialized in transforming business and customer requirements into solutions and leading projects up to large scales. As a project manager he provides fast start capabilities, strong integration of teams and communication with cultural awareness to ensure a proper delivery of the project. His previous positions include Bombardier, IBM and Ernst & Young.
 

 

Beata Mierzwińska

Beata Mierzwińska has an MBA degree in business administration, banking, finance and biochemical engineering plus over 15 years experience in international IT business. Her knowledge of different software products and in-depth knowledge of related implementation services comes from working in a role of project manager, consultant as well as sales and new business development director. She is trained in the art of strategic selling and negotiating techniques. Clients appreciate Beata’s skills in relationship building and conflict resolution as well strong understanding of cost and risk implications on companies development. Beata has deep understanding of political, social, economic, technological and competitive trends concerning customers and vendors from different markets and sectors. She has experiences in preparation of IT proposal and contracts based on European regulation. Her previous positions include companies like Atos Origin, MicroStrategy, SAS Institute, Baan, IFS and Unilever.
 

 

Sabine Böcher

Sabine Böcher has completed a commercial education as a Travel Agent and a two-year-training as a technical draftsman. For more than 30 years she has worked self-employed in various lines of business, focussing on office management, telesales and event management.
